Seriously, I'm not doubting that something occurred. But for the benefit of others who are here researching the vehicle and reading this thread, I think there's a very long leap between the OP's story and "huge product liability lemon law" stuff. Time will tell.

In any event, if the OP replaces the vehicle, steer clear of turbos.
