Really sorry to hear about that Donna, but glad that you are okay. If your dealer cant reproduce the throttle response/delay I don't know how you would go about claiming this through lemon laws. Have you tried to replicate the problem yourself? Did none of the safety tech/drivers aids kick in to give you a bit of warning?
