Model purchased - Elite
Color - White with black interior
Accessories - mud flaps, all weather floor mats, cargo liner (I didn't ask for this stuff, it just came with the car)
OTD price - $44,074
No trade in, my sales tax is 7%
I don't think this matters but I put $20,000 down. $5000 of that was on a credit card. I have the money but I wanted the cash back on my card. (2%)
Also, my interest rate is 2.75% through a local credit union I have always done business with.

Basically, I found the best deal within a couple hundred miles using a popular car selling website. I called them and asked for an OTD price. I then called all the local dealers and asked them to match the price. The second local dealer I called said they would match it within $200. I figured I would rather pay $200 than drive 4 hours round trip. I've always liked Hondas but never bought a car within 5 years of being new. I'm almost scared to drive it.

I've already purchased door visors, back seat cover and the cargo net from college hill honda. I'm going to have a friend put some protective vinyl in key spots on the car for me. I hope to put some pictures in the photo section soon.

Nice! I paid $42300 OTD on my Elite. Seems like the prices are just now coming down. I do know that my wife and I are really enjoying the Elite.
Did you have a trade in or put any money down? I'm assuming your Out The Door price includes tax. Once you take that out, you paid way under invoice. I'm starting to think I didn't get such a good deal after all. lol

By the way, I'm in Mason. :)

No trade in and yes tax and fees included .I financed $7000. I’m in Fairfield Township. What dealer did you buy from?
I've done a lot of business with Performance Honda on Rt 4 so I called them first but they wouldn't give me the deal I wanted. I ended up going to Kings Honda. My OTD was $44,074. No trade in. I paid just over invoice which I thought was a good deal but your price is $1,500 under invoice. That is an incredible deal. I also only owe just over $7,000 on my principle.

Tax included? Best price I’ve seen!
In most states you don’t pay sales tax on your trade in value. Don’t get me wrong, the price in the post 2 posts up is a really great price, but if you are looking at out the door price, you must realize that they didn’t pay sales tax on $20,500 of the purchase. It would be best to look at the vehicle price with everything included except tax since tax on vehicle purchases can vary drastically for lots of reasons.

Actually, I don’t think the buyer paid any sales tax since their state has no sales tax.
