Honda has worked with Jsport in the past for accessories (like the Ridgeline Overland at SEMA), they make packages for the Pilot and Ridgeline that participating dealers can install. I would imagine they will do something similar for the Passport:

I think each trim will have identical MPG because all have same wheels and tires and Sensing.

The Touring and Elite also have different (wider) tires than the Sport and EX-L.
