It's not even a week after the official "on sale" date (Feb 4, if I'm not mistaken), so I'm not surprised that Honda dealers is trying play tough. At least in my region (Pacific Northwest), I've started to see dealers advertise less than MSRP. Could of course be bait & switch, no guarantees, not actually tired to buy one.
